Im excited to announce that my third album as a leader will be released in April for Destiny Records. It features bassist Drew Gress, drummer Johnathan Blake, and pianist Jon Cowherd. It was a real treat to explore some new works and familiar tunes that I love on this two day session at Sear Sound studios in Manhattan last March. Half the tracks showcase the vibes trio format and the others fill out the group sound with interlocking harmonies and counterpoint provided by Jon Cowherd on Fender Rhodes and piano.
